How we think.

The way we work says more about us than any slide deck. This is where you'll see how we think, and what kind of partner you'd be getting.

Where our thinking comes from

Four ideas we always return to.

These four ideas guide every project we take on, because they've proven true again and again. They also tell you what kind of people you're dealing with.

Your work is the starting point, not the tool.

Too many projects start with a tool and end with an unused license. So we start by asking where work gets stuck. Sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need AI. That's a good outcome too.

Real life is a tougher judge than a demo.

Any demo can look good. Real life is tougher: a solution has to hold up to real users, real data, and a hectic Tuesday morning. That's why we build for real use, not for show.

You know your work, we know the technology.

The best solutions happen when those two sit at the same table. That's why we don't disappear for months and come back with something finished.

Launch is the starting line, not the finish.

What we care about is six months later: is it still in use, and is it saving time? If not, our work isn't done.

Writing.

Observations and lessons from client work, written by the partners themselves.

Copilot rollout

A Copilot rollout does not end at launch

Most Copilot licenses end up resting on a few power users, because the rollout is planned as a moment, not a path. The fix is not more training days.

AI-ready intranet

An intranet is not a SharePoint project

Copilot is exactly as good as the information it answers from. That is why an AI-ready intranet should be seen as a structural decision, not a design project.

Implementations

Low code, pro code or no code for an agent

In Copilot Studio an agent stands up in an afternoon. That is exactly what makes it the best part of agent development and its biggest risk, depending on what you build.

Agent 365

Agent 365: governance before scale

The number of agents in Microsoft 365 has grown 15-fold in a year, and many organizations do not know how many their tenant runs. Solve that before the next agent.

Copilot Cowork

Why Copilot Cowork changes everyday sales work

Cowork is not a new chatbot in Teams. It is a Microsoft 365 agent that handles multi-step sales work in the background and frees the seller's time for the customer.
