3. Retention period
Contact and client data: for as long as the client relationship or its preparation is active, and after that for at most 2 years from the last contact.

4. Who data is disclosed to
The following service providers process data on our behalf (data processors):
HubSpot Ireland Ltd. (CRM, forms, marketing)
Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics)
Both also transfer data outside the EU/EEA (United States). The transfers are protected with standard contractual clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell or disclose data for other purposes.
5. Data subject rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase data concerning you, to object to or restrict processing, and to transfer the data from one system to another. You can also withdraw the consent you have given for cookies at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.

6. Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects concerning you.
