The challenge
A familiar situation: the Copilot licenses are in use, but usage rests on a few enthusiastic salespeople. Most of the team opens Copilot a few times in the first week and then never again. Sales leadership has no data on whether the tool saves time or not. Only the impression that something is going unused.
How the solution is built
The solution starts with leadership coaching, not a whole-team training. When sales leaders themselves use Copilot for going through proposal requests and preparing client meetings, use starts flowing into the team naturally, without a forced “everyone learn this now” session.
After that, a role-based use case library is built: separately for new business, key account managers and customer service. For each role, 5–8 concrete prompts tied directly to their weekly work, not generic “write an email with Copilot” examples.
Usage and time saved are made visible in a Power BI dashboard that sales leadership follows monthly. Once the data exists, expansion decisions are no longer guesswork.
What the solution aims for
Active weekly use rises from a handful of power users to most of the team. Sales leadership gets a measured view of where Copilot actually saves time and where it does not yet.
