The challenge
A typical starting point: the organization has grown on Google Workspace, but the business demands the Microsoft ecosystem: Copilot, Power Platform and the coming agent development, none of which can be built on top of Google. The migration is therefore unavoidable, but the fear is concrete: emails, calendars, shared documents and accounts are the core of the whole organization’s daily work, and not one of them may disappear or break in the transition.
How the solution is built
First, what data actually lives in the source environment is mapped, along with how it interconnects: who shares what with whom, which calendars are critical and which documents live in several places at once. The migration is planned in phases, team by team rather than the whole organization at once, so problems surface in a small group instead of across the whole staff.
The new Microsoft 365 environment is built access-management-first from the start, so that Copilot and the agents built later are ready for use from day one, not months later as a separate follow-up project. Users get a short transition briefing just before their own migration day, so the new environment does not feel foreign.
What the solution aims for
The whole organization moves to Microsoft 365 team by team without anyone losing their emails, calendars or documents. Copilot is ready for use from day one, not patched in afterwards.
